Another music festival that I attended this year. Originally scheduled for May 2023, but was moved to November due to the weather.
The star-studded lineup really piqued my interest in covering the event, and it was also my first time using my new camera at a music festival. The lineup is headlined by Ppop Kings Mahalima (SB19), Ben&Ben, Arthur Nery, Adie, Bamboo, KZ Tandingan, and more.
I attended the event with three other photographer friends, and we were covering it for POV Manila and Concerts in Town PH.
The event will take place at CCP Open Grounds in Pasay City, and this will be my first time attending an event at this venue. We skipped the Battle of the Bands events, which started around noon, and decided to cover the main show, which started at 7:30 PM.
The festival started with three talented bands: Gracenote, 6Cyclemind, and Hey June!

A music festival is not complete without hip-hop music. Al James, Shanti Dope, and Gloc-9 performed next, much to the delight of the crowd.

Filipino powerhouses, artist Bamboo and KZ Tandingan, rocked the stage with their hits, making the fans sing and jump to their feet.

The two divas, Morissette Amon and R&B rising star Denise Julia, continued the party as they sang their hits.

Two rising solo male artists, Adie and Arthur Nery, performed on stage. Despite the rainy weather, the event continued, playing their chart-topping hits "Mahika," "Paraluman," "Higa," and "Pagsamo."

Unfortunately, due to the weather and conflicts with our work, my fellow photographer, Maco, and I had to leave the event during Adie's performance. As a result, we also missed watching Ben&Ben and Mahalima.

I really enjoyed the event despite the technical issues and the delay of the performance. The event was supposed to be finished by 12 AM but ended around 2:30 AM.

Also, I met some of the artists during the event, including Eunice of Gracenote, Herbert from 6Cyclemind, and Denise Julia.
