BamBam THE 1ST WORLD TOUR AREA 52 in Manila

After the Taecyeon press conference, I rushed to Araneta Coliseum to attend and cover my second event for the day, the 'BamBam THE 1ST WORLD TOUR AREA 52 in Manila' which happened on September 22, 2023 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

This is my first time watching BamBam but I am excited for the concert as it was announced that Sandara Park will be one of the guest for the concert. We were also provided tickets and one media ID to cover the concert which started at exactly 7 PM.

The volcanic smog from Taal Volcano did not stop the Filipino Aghasees to attend GOT7’s BamBam’s first solo concert on September 22, 2023, Friday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

DREAMNOTE

South Korean girl group DreamNote made the opening act for the show performing “Lemonade” and “Broken”. This is my first time watching them and hearing there music.

The Return of BamBam

BamBam is back for in the country for his 2023-2024 BamBam The 1st World Tour Area 52 in Manila, after a year of being away as BamBam performed on July last year in the 2022 K-pop Masterz in Manila together with Treasure and Jackson Wang.

The Thai rapper and singer then made sure that the Filipino fans will be satisfied as he showcased both os his talents in singing and dancing by performing the songs “Satellite”, “Wheels up”, “Pandora”, “Sour and Sweet”, “RIde or Die”, “Let’s Dance”, “Who Are You”, “Take it Easy”, “Ghost”, “Typpy Toe”, “Air”, “Subliminal”, “Ribbon” and “Look So Fine”.

The fans also sang along when BamBam performed GOT7’s “Look” and “Hard Carry”.

As a surprise to the fans, BamBam performed Ronnie Liang’s “Ngiti” and Lola Amour’s “Raining in Manila” twice as the fans can’t get enough of BamBam’s rendition.

Return of Pambansang Krung-Krung Sandara Park

2NE1 member Sandara “DARA” Park made the night more memorable to the Filipino fans when she performed 2NE1’s hit song “I Am The Best”, “Dara Dara”, “Festival” and her song “In or Out”.

“I wanna say thank you so much for coming with me, this time in Manila for my solo concert. She’s making me love the Philippines so much”, BamBam said to her Ate Dara for being there in his concert.

Dara and BamBam also did the “Gento” dance challenge on stage twice which made the fans all hyped up.

To wrap up the night, BamBam thanked his fans for coming to his first ever solo concert and for the love.

“Your energy is crazy”, he added.
