Good thing I applied for a media pass ahead of time, as only four media outlets were accredited for the Bundles of Charm event by Dunkin' PH on July 2, 2023, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
This is my second time watching and covering Cha Eun Woo. The last time was in 2016 during the MBC in Manila event at the Mall of Asia Arena, where he performed with his group Astro.
As early as 3 PM, fans
were already
at the
venue, eagerly waiting to
enter the Smart Araneta Coliseum for the 7 PM show.
The event started with a performance from the Ppop group Yara.
After the performance of Yarra, the bouncers asked us to go to the back. I am not sure because we were advised that we could take photos near the stage. Just like before, I attempted to find ways to get closer to the stage in order to capture better photos of this event.
The event host is actress and model Denise Laurel. Recently, she hosted the K-events from K-verse to the Park Eun Bin event last week.
The crowd screamed their hearts out when Cha Eun Woo was called on stage and performed his first song, "Love So Fine," which is also one of the soundtracks of his drama, "True Beauty."
The next segment is more of a getting-to-know session, where Cha Eun Woo answers questions.
The South Korean star also participated in interactive games with fans, making it a memorable experience for them.
"First Love" is the song that Cha Eun Woo performed for the audience.
After the performance, the games and raffles continued, where lucky fans won a Dunkin' truck for 3 hours and limited edition Cha Eun Woo photo cards.
After a photo-op with the crowd, Cha Eun Woo ended the night with his song "Focus on
Me."He also promised to come back in the future for his Filipino Arohas.
I was able to meet friends at the concert, and we also took photos near the stage.
