Bench Fashion Week Holiday 2024 [Day 3]

I finally had the opportunity to cover a BENCH Fashion event. It is also nice to be back to experiencing taking photos of fashion shows, as the last time I covered a fashion event was way back in 2011 during the Philippine Fashion Week event at the SMX Convention Center.

The BENCH Fashion Week Holiday 2024 is a three-day event from September 1 to 3 at the Bench Tower in Bonifacio City, Taguig.

I was able to attend and cover the last day, which featured collections from Urban Revivo, Chito Vijandre, and Bench Body.

The event was attended by influencers,  celebrities, and people from the press. I was able to get a spot in the photographer area around 4:30 PM and stayed there and the event started around 6:30 PM.

URBAN REVIVO

Boasting its colors and design, Urban Revivo kicked off the last day of the event.

CHITO VIJANDRE

The collection features vintage styles from the 60s or 70s. Adding to the fun is the background song "Annie Batungbakal" by OPM legends, 'Hotdog.'

BENCH BODY

Celebrities and models who walked the runway include Max Collins, Ina Raymundo, Sunshine Cruz, Rere Madrid, Lou Yanong, Kirk Bondad, Kaila Estrada, Kira Balinger, and Shaira Diaz. 

Beauty Queens also joined the runway including Roberta Tamondong, Maria Gigante, Dia Mate, Celeste Cortesi, Fuschia Ravena, Chantal Elise Schmidt and more.

The show ended after 30 minutes and the models was joined by BENCH founder Ben Chan.

I was able to meet some friends who attended the event, as well as some of the models and celebrities.

It was an amazing show and experience. Hopefully, I can cover more fashion shows in the future.
