Tiffany Young 'Open Hearts Eve Part Two' in Manila

Welcome 2020. My first entry for this year and tons of backlog to post in the following days.

A lot of events that I covered last January and my first one is my first concert (K-pop) coverage for this year which is Open Hearts Eve Part 2: Tiffany Young in Manila.

When did I start being into K-pop? Well it was around 2009 when a friend introduced the music of Girl's Generation (SNSD) to me and the rest is history. My favorite member of the group is Tiffany and when I've heard that she will visit the country for her first solo concert here, I really did asked around so I can cover and watch her show.

This is the first time that I bought a concert ticket though I have a media pass to cover and watch the event for free. I bought a ticket not just a regular ticket but an MVP Photo-op ticket to be included in a group of 10 photo-op with Tiffany after the show.

D-Day Concert Day

Fans are lining up outside waiting for the concert. I also bumped with my friend who also is into SNSD Ianne.

The concert which was held at The New Frontier Theatre started with "Run For Your Life", followed with "Over My Skin" which made the crowd dance.

Tiffany also displayed her vocals by singing Magnetic Moon and also her version of "Heartbreak Hotel" and "Wrecking Ball".

She also shared that she is a fan of Lea Salonga and she loved Disney's songs. She sang her version of 'Remember Me' from the movie 'Coco' and 'Speechless' from the live action movie 'Aladdin'.

Of course just like me, the crowd is also waiting for songs from SNSD which Tiffany did for her Filipino fans as she sang 'Run Devil Run' and 'Into the New World'.

Overall it was an awesome concert experience and it was worth it. I am very happy seeing Tiffany and also watching her live.

After the. concert is the what I have been waiting for which is the photo-op session with Tiffany.

Thank you CDM Entertainment and HelloKpop for my media pass.
