Our team in ABS-CBN Sports were invited to the get an exclusive interview with Muggsy Bogues, the shortest player who played in the NBA at 5'3. The interview was held at Conrad Manila.
Muggsy Bogues who played 14 years in the NBA is in Manila for the Jr. NBA camp to share his basketball knowledge to young aspiring Filipino ballers.
He also said that being small should not discourage anyone and the should always work hard and believe in once capability.
I can remember watching Muggsy Bogues when I was a kid not only in the NBA but the in movie Space Jam with Michael Jordan, Patrick Ewing, Shawn Bradley, Larry Johnson and Charles Barkley.
Very lucky to have a photo with him and Denver Nuggets guard Monte Morris who will also join the camp.
